Refund policy

At DazzleDee Tees, we want you to love your purchase. Because each item is made and fulfilled with care, we only accept returns or issue refunds if the mistake is on our end.

We'll make it right if:

We sent the wrong item, color, or design compared to your order confirmation.

The item arrived damaged or defective.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

We can't  accept returns if:

You ordered the wrong size (please check our size charts before ordering).

Change of mind after ordering.

The item was damaged after you received it..

Custom or Personalized Orders:

Because custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Email us at dazzledeetees@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Unathorized returns will not be accepted.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 days. Replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible.
